SUMMER Season: $1660 per week (June 19 – Sept 4, 2026)
Penthouse: 2 night min/ 3 night min (holiday weekends & summer) Max Capacity: 2 adults

Check-in Times:
- Low season Check in: 3pm
- Low season Check out: 11:30am
- Check in/out times may be extended based on availability during the low season

- Early check-in not available during summer months
Additional Booking information:
- Rates based on Double Occupancy or 2 adults/ 2 children
- Additional people: $20 per person/night (max 6 per cottage)
- Weeklong bookings during summer run Friday to Friday
- Payment method: E-transfer or Cash
- $100 deposit required for weekend bookings/ $200 deposit for weeklong bookings
- Required age to book is 25
- Pet Fee: $20 on weekends / $30 for weeklong
- Guests required to complete insurance waiver at check-in for use of water amenities
- Amenities: unlimited use included with your stay
