Open year round, we offer 5 fun themed cottages: Cocoa Beach, Moosehorn Lodge, Hollywood, Canada Eh, Margaritaville and the Penthouse each with a Hottub on the deck. Lazy Goose is a family favourite destination with tons of fun to be had by all! In the summer you can beat the heat in our in-ground sports pool which is perfect for fun and games. The lake offers swimming and boating, has a dock, kayaks, paddle boards, a paddle boat, water bouncer and fishing. Enjoy a glass or two while watching beautiful sunsets from the spacious gazebo. Try out the new Pickelball craze on our new court which will be opening in June, 2024!

We are centrally located at approximately an hour from Saint John, Fredericton and Moncton. Washademoak Lake is a tributary of the Saint John river with endless boating destinations. This spectacular waterway otherwise known as “the Rhine of North America” is one of the region’s top spots for recreational boating, with its sheltered waters and lazy summertime cruises.
