Cancellation Policy:
- Weekends or 2/3 night bookings – 2 week notice for a full refund of deposit
- Weeklong bookings – 3 week notice for a full refund of deposit
- If you need to cancel with less notice, we make every effort to rebook the cottage and work with you
Check in / Check out Times:
WEEKLY BOOKINGS (during summer months)
- Check in: 4pm / Check out: 10am
WEEKEND BOOKINGS or any 2/3 night stay
- Check in: 3pm / Check out: 11:30 am
- If arriving later than 7pm, please contact us
- Please adhere to checkout times to allow for sufficient cleaning
- Summer is weeklong bookings: Friday to Friday
- Off season: any check in date with a 2 night minimum stay (3 on holidays)
- Off season starts late October to mid May (varies by year)
- Early check-in may be available in the off season (please ask ahead)
Cottage Rules:
- No smoking inside – ashtrays on decks
- Supervise children at all times
- Children under 12 to be accompanied by an adult at pool or lake
- Garbage can be put in outside bin
- Please wash/dry/put away dishes at check out
- Please leave cottage in Tidy condition!
- Thank you for helping to keep the cottages in good condition & we hope you enjoy your stay!
Pool:
- No lifeguard on duty – Use at own risk
- Supervise children at all times
- NO DIVING – Pool is 4′ 6″ deep (no deep end)
- No glass in pool area – Plastic & cans are fine
- Infants/toddlers please wear swim diaper
- Hours 9am – Dusk (can be extended if in use)
- Bring your pool floaty and have fun!
Lake:
- No lifeguard on duty – Use at own risk
- Supervise children at all times
- No diving from dock as water is below 4′ deep
- Please return water toys to racks as lake is tidal
- Please do not drag SUP’s or Kayaks
Hot Tub:
- MAX 4-5 per Tub (to prevent overflow)
- Not for use by children under 6, pregnant women or those with heart conditions
- Children must be supervised while in hot tub
- No glass or food in Hot Tub
- Plastic glasses provided, plastic bottles/cans are fine
Pets:
- Four pet friendly cottages: Moosehorn, Hollywood, Canada & Margaritaville
- Max. 2 pets per cottage
- Please keep pets on a leash or tethered and under owners care
- Pick up pet waste, dispose in outside garbage can
- Please no pets on furniture or beds as paw prints won’t come out of the bedding
